Back to doing warm-up sketches! Today’s subject is my hands-down favorite Beast Wars character.
TIGATRON Pencil, brush pen, and crayon on 4.25×5.5″ bristol.
For those not familiar with Beast Wars, Tigatron was an interesting addition to the TF franchise, in that he was a bit of a shaman type of character, who preferred to remain in tiger mode most of the time and quietly reside in the arctic regions. But he could also switch to wild, menacing animal guy when needed. Part medicine man, part Klingon. Pretty neat combo.
