    Lower right kilt guy is close, but I think his face is still a little more scary than adorable.

    I agree, lower right…could try making the claws more blunt/rounded.  Also, eyes darker and a little bigger.  Corners of the mouth not quite so downturned.  Looking forward to seeing the work through!
